No time to learn cPanel, or create a web site, but you still need one ?

Our managed web hosting products are designed for the busy entrepreneur or business individual that would rather have someone else do some of the work, and actively maintain their website on an ongoing basis. We do require a year commitment and our initial setup fee, but it's still considerably cheaper to delegate some of the work to us, rather than hire someone to do it.

Our "START-UP" bundle includes the following -

OUR SETUP FEE INCLUDES


  • We'll register your domain name or transfer in an existing. You will be the legal owner of the domain name(s) and you can manage your domain name(s) at any time. We'll manage your DNS and nameservers.

  • We'll set up and install your website (We prefer WordPress, Joomla) and will install a basic template to get your site launched and running. Custom built designs are available, billed separately, of course.

  • We'll set up 5 pages and optimize for SEO. You will need to supply us with the content for each page, artwork and logo.

  • We'll optimize your web site's SEO and recommend changes as required. We'll setup Google Web Master tools and Google Analytics.

  • We'll manage your cPanel account, install scripts and software, addon domain names (Other websites) add or delete email addresses, redirects, park domains and take care of your offsite backup needs. (Daily, weekly and monthly). We'll only manage 1 domain. Note - Additional domains to be managed will incur additional fees.

  • We'll setup 5 email addresses in your cPanel

  • We'll edit your site and remove, change or update information 2 times per month. Small changes are no problem, or you can even make small changes yourself. Each time we login (website ,cPanel ,FTP) that is considered an event. Please let us know what you need changed or added via email or support ticket. You will need to send us the text, images or attachments.

  • Don't worry about disk space or bandwidth. You'll have lots. You'll get 5000 MB of space and 200 GB of data transfer.

This plan is ideal for small, basic static site that don't require much ongoing maintenance after the initial setup. Web sites that require more work on an ongoing basis will need a plan that matches the maintenance required.

This managed hosting plan offers lots of space and data transfer for your first web site. It will be hosted on a shared web server in Montreal, Quebec or Sudbury, Ontario.
This hosting plan does not include a dedicated IP.


YOUR MONTHLY FEE INCLUDES


  • 120 Hour turnaround time for changes/additions to your web site.

  • 1 Hours maintenance per month minimum, after initial setup. (Includes 2 change events)

  • 2 Change events. An event is considered to be a time when we have to login to do and complete a specific task in the website, such as change/add web site content, cPanel management or ftp. Each additional requested event past your monthly allotment are billable.

  • We will keep your website script updated and maintain security

  • We will generate an off server backup, once per month..


OUR CONTROL PANEL


We use the industry leading cPanel control panel. With cPanel, you or ourselves can manage your hosting including FTP accounts, setting up email addresses and uploading files. cPanel is including with your managed hosting plan.

ABOUT OUR SERVERS


Qtelmedia.ca operates their own server gear and switches. We *DO NOT* use someone else's servers. Our gear is racked in Montreal, Quebec (Primary location) and Sudbury, Ontario (Secondary location). For our managed hosting products, we use Dell, HP and IBM servers with RAID 10
Our managed web servers are lightly loaded and not crowded, thus providing your with quick server response.
